REMOVE A SOLD HOME.
If a home you own appears on our sold-property pages, you can take it down here, or take down only its photos. Enter your name as it appears on the deed.

03 How it works
For homes in Luzerne County, we check the name you enter against the county’s owner of record for the property. When it matches, the page and every other sale of the same property come off jjnre.com right away. If you chose photos only, the photos come down and the sale details stay.
If the name does not match, for example because the home changed hands recently, nothing is removed yet and our office follows up with you at the e-mail you gave. We keep your name and e-mail with the removal and use them only for this.
04 What this does not change
Our sold-property pages come from the regional multiple listing service (MLS). Other websites get sale records from the MLS or from public records on their own, so removing a home here does not remove it from those sites. The sale itself stays part of the county’s public record.
