DAVID JOYCE.

Being a native of Northeast Pennsylvania gives David Joyce a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and everything that NEPA and the Pocono region have to offer. He attended St. Mary's Grade School in Avoca and Seton Catholic High School in Pittston, before going on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He also received his Vocational Instructor Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts, Cooperative Education and Hotel & Restaurant Management from Temple University, Philadelphia.

David has been a licensed insurance agent in the state of Pennsylvania for over 30 years. He is the co-owner of Northview Property Services, managing properties throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. His wife Lisa and he have been married for 37 years and live part time between West Pittston and Lake Harmony, PA.

David has strong local ties and is involved in many community organizations, including the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick and the Montedoro Society. His deep roots in NEPA, combined with his diverse professional background in insurance, hospitality, and property management, give him a well-rounded perspective that he brings to every real estate transaction.
