02 Who sends the messages

03 What we send
Texts are one-to-one, from the licensed agent handling your inquiry or transaction: confirming and rescheduling showings, answering questions about a property you asked about, requesting documents needed to close, and status updates on an offer, inspection or closing. Where you have asked us to watch for properties meeting your criteria, we will text you when one is listed or changes price.
We do not text purchased lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not either given consent here or engaged us as a client.
04 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your own inquiry or transaction. Message & data rates may apply. Jonathan J. Nelson Real Estate does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
05 How to opt out, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honour CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, STOPALL and UNSUBSCRIBE. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further from that number.

06 Your information
