Your portal shows listing information from the MLS that is not on the public site. The MLS asks us to get your agreement to five things first.
  • You have entered into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with Jonathan J. Nelson Real Estate.
  • All data obtained from the portal is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the portal.
  • You will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the data or information provided, except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property.
  • You acknowledge the MLS's ownership of, and the validity of the MLS's copyright in, the MLS database.
You also authorize the MLS and its participants to check that the portal is used within MLS rules and to monitor how listings are displayed in it. We will email you a confirmation, and your access expires one year from your first sign-in (renewed by resetting your password). This creates no financial obligation and no agency relationship.     Forwarding Address
