REMOVE A SOLD HOME.

If a home you own shows up on our sold or leased property pages, you can take it down here, or take down just the photos. Enter your name the way it appears on the deed.

What should we remove?

03 How It Works

We check the county’s owner of record. In Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill, Pike, Susquehanna, Bradford, Northumberland, Lycoming and Northampton counties, we compare the name you enter with the owner on file with the county. When it matches, the page and every other sale of the same home come off jjnre.com right away.

Other counties. Where the county doesn’t publish owner records we can check, the page comes off right away.

If we can’t confirm it’s yours. Nothing comes down yet. This usually happens when a home changed hands recently and the county hasn’t caught up. Our office reviews it within one business day and emails you as soon as the page is down.

More than one home. The first one comes down right away. Our office reviews the rest within one business day, so send them all and we’ll take care of it.

If you picked photos only, the photos come down and the sale details stay. Either way, we’ll send a confirmation to the email you enter. We keep your name and email with the request and only use them for this.

04 What This Does Not Change

Our sold-property pages come from the regional multiple listing service (MLS). Other websites get sale records from the MLS or from public records on their own, so removing a home here does not remove it from those sites. The sale itself stays part of the county’s public record.
