03 How It Works
Homes in Luzerne County. We check the name you enter against the county’s owner of record. When it matches, the page and every other sale of the same home come off jjnre.com right away.
Homes in other counties. The page and every other sale of the same home come off jjnre.com right away.
If we cannot confirm the owner. Nothing is removed yet. This can happen when a home changed hands recently and the county record has not caught up. Our office reviews the request within one business day and e-mails you as soon as the page comes down.
If you chose photos only, the photos come down and the sale details stay. Either way we send a confirmation to the e-mail you enter. We keep your name and e-mail with the request and use them only for this.
04 What This Does Not Change
Our sold-property pages come from the regional multiple listing service (MLS). Other websites get sale records from the MLS or from public records on their own, so removing a home here does not remove it from those sites. The sale itself stays part of the county’s public record.
