Nelson Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent real estate brokerage located at 9 N. Main Street, Pittston, PA 18640. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to our text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

04 No Professional Relationship Until Engaged

Using the Site or contacting us does not, by itself, create an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. A client relationship is formed only through a written agreement. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or tax advice.

05 SMS / Text Messaging Program
