Rebecca Ruggles
As a lifelong resident of West Pittston, Rebecca has strong ties and a vast understanding of the beauty of the area. She has been married since 2012 and is raising two children, so she understands the importance of finding the perfect home in the perfect area.
After graduating from Kings College in 2014, she began to take Real Estate Appraising classes and assisted with a family owned appraisal company to gain a very strong knowledge of the market and value of homes in this area. Rebecca purchased her first home when she was 23, sold her first home a few years later, and has been rehabbing homes (both to rent and for sale) ever since. All of this while being a licensed appraiser assistant. Learning and excelling with the different areas of real estate helped ignite her passion to continue being involved in as many areas as possible. The next logical step would be to take the knowledge and experience that she has gathered through these areas and make the move to real estate sales. Seeing transactions through the lens of a buyer, seller, rehab contractor, and an appraiser gives Rebecca a unique insight that will help buy or sell your home.
When Rebecca isn’t working with clients or looking to work on another rehab project, you could see her on the running the valley either by herself or with her husband and two kids. She is looking to complete her 10th marathon later in 2024. She takes the same discipline, drive, and determination and makes that her motto throughout whatever she does in life. The best compliment she receives is the level of detail she puts into her work. Whether it be the quality of a home she is working on or making sure every eye possible will see a listing that she has, you will be in trusted hands throughout every step of the process.
