Rebecca Ruggles

Rebecca Ruggles is a lifelong resident of West Pittston with a deep understanding of the local market and the communities that make up Northeast Pennsylvania. Married since 2012 and raising two children, she recognizes firsthand the importance of finding the right home in the right location for each stage of life.

After graduating from King's College in 2014, Rebecca pursued real estate appraising courses and gained hands-on experience working with a family-owned appraisal company. This foundation provided her with a strong understanding of property valuation and market dynamics. She purchased her first home at 23, later sold it, and has since been actively involved in rehabbing properties for both rental and resale, all while working as a licensed appraiser assistant.

Rebecca’s experience spans multiple sides of a transaction - including buyer, seller, investor, and appraiser, which gave her a well-rounded perspective that directly benefits her clients. She approaches each deal with a focus on accuracy, strategy, and attention to detail, ensuring clients are well-informed and positioned for the best possible outcome.

Outside of real estate, Rebecca is an avid runner and often spends time training throughout the Wyoming Valley with her family. With multiple marathons already completed and a goal-driven mindset, she brings that same discipline, consistency, and determination into her real estate practice. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality, Rebecca provides a thorough, hands-on approach from start to finish, ensuring her clients are supported every step of the way.
