David Joyce

My name is David Joyce and being a native to Northeast Pennsylvania gives me a unique and powerful insight in the local real estate market and everything that Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) and the Pocono’s have to offer. I attended St. Mary’s Grade School in Avoca, and Seton Catholic High School, Pittston, PA. I later went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and received my Vocational Instructor Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts, Cooperative Education and Hotel & Restaurant Management from Temple University, Philadelphia.

I have been a licensed insurance agent in the state of Pennsylvania for the last 30 years. I am the co-owner of Northview Property Services, managing properties in Northeast Pennsylvania. My wife Lisa and I have been married for 37 years and live part time between West Pittston and Lake Harmony, PA. I have strong local ties and I am involved in many organizations including the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, the Montedoro Society, the Knights of Columbus, the Mother of the Rosary Society, Miles for Michael Foundation, the National Restaurant Association and I am currently serving on the Board of Directors as President of the Midlake Condominium Association in Lake Harmony, PA.
