Hello, I’m Julia!

As an ambitious and motivated individual, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of service. I have valuable experience in the leasing, valuation, and management of real estate assets. Let’s face it—buying, selling, and investing in property can feel daunting. However, you have no need to worry, as I strive to eliminate all stressors and pressures and make this process seamless and fun!

I am a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where I double-majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management (EIM). Past work experience includes working as a Commercial Property Tax Consultant at Ryan LLC, a Fortune 100 Company, in Philadelphia, PA. 

I recently moved back to beautiful NEPA where I am a third-generation member of Insalaco Development Group, serving as a Commercial Leasing and Marketing Manager, where I assist hundreds of tenants and businesses on a daily basis.

Beyond my work in real estate, I serve as a board member of the Pittston Chamber of Commerce, chair of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women 2025 Campaign, and teach dance at Romar Dance Studio. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, traveling, dining out, and spending quality time with my husband and loved ones.

As a Moosic resident, I am truly grateful to call this region home, and I look forward to helping my clients discover the same excitement, peace, and joy that this valley has to offer!
